TERMS OF SALE AND SERVICE – GO AUTOMATE

1. General Information

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the sale of digital products and the provision of services offered via the website goautomate.eu and its associated subdomains.

By making a purchase, the Customer confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms.

These Terms are governed by Polish law, in particular:

the Act of 23 April 1964 – Civil Code (Kodeks cywilny)

the Act of 30 May 2014 on Consumer Rights (Ustawa o prawach konsumenta)

the Act of 18 July 2002 on Providing Services by Electronic Means (Ustawa o świadczeniu usług drogą elektroniczną)

the Act of 4 February 1994 on Copyright and Related Rights (Ustawa o prawie autorskim i prawach pokrewnych)

2. Definitions and Technical Requirements

Customer: A natural person, legal entity, or business entity purchasing products or services.

Digital Product: Content delivered electronically, including but not limited to: online courses, AI prompts and systems, PDFs and worksheets, reports and frameworks

Service: Consulting, audits, workshops, or advisory services delivered online or offline.

Technical Requirements: To use the products, the Customer needs: internet access, a device capable of opening digital content, a modern web browser (for some products) access to AI tools such as ChatGPT

3. Prices and Payments

All prices displayed on the website are net prices (excluding VAT, which may be added where applicable). The transaction currency may vary depending on the offer. The Seller reserves the right to: change prices, introduce promotions, offer discounts, The binding price is the one visible at the moment of purchase. Available payment methods include: Stripe, PayPal, credit/debit cards, other payment methods provided by the payment gateway. Access to the product or service is granted after 100% payment is received.

4. Delivery of Digital Products

Digital products are delivered electronically. After payment, the Customer receives: access link, or login credentials, or downloadable files. Delivery is handled automatically via Systeme.io. 5. Proof of Purchase and Invoices

A proof of purchase is issued for every order (electronically). A VAT invoice is issued only if: the Customer selects the appropriate option during checkout provides valid company details (including VAT number). In accordance with Article 106n of the Polish VAT Act (Ustawa o podatku od towarów i usług), the Customer agrees to receive invoices electronically. The invoice is delivered within 7 days from payment confirmation.

6. Consulting Services and Audits

For services: the date is scheduled individually or via booking system

Rescheduling: allowed free of charge up to 24 hours before the meeting

If the Customer: does not attend does not notify within 24 hours ➡ the service is considered completed.

7. Right of Withdrawal (Consumers)

Under the Act of 30 May 2014 on Consumer Rights: Consumers have a 14-day withdrawal right.

HOWEVER: According to Article 38(13) of this Act, the right of withdrawal does NOT apply if the product is digital content

delivery has started the Customer consented to immediate access.

By purchasing, the Customer: ✔ agrees to immediate delivery ✔ acknowledges loss of withdrawal right

In practice: Accessing the product (download, login) results in loss of refund eligibility.

8. Complaints

The Seller is obligated to provide products and services free of defects. Complaints can be submitted via:

9. Intellectual Property

All digital products are protected under copyright law. The Customer may: ✔ use the product for personal or business purposes. The Customer may NOT: ❌ resell ❌ redistribute ❌ share access ❌ copy materials. Violation may result in civil and criminal liability.

10. Personal Data (GDPR)

The data controller is the Seller. Data is processed for: order fulfillment, communication, (optional) marketing purposes

11. Nature of the Product

The products are: educational, decision-support tools. The Seller does NOT guarantee: financial results, business success, sales outcomes. The product provides structured logic and methodology, not outcome.

12. Lifetime Access and Updates

The Customer receives the lifetime access and all future updates according to the offer description. In any time, the Seller may: update content, improve prompts and systems, modify structure, and includes them in the purchase or change the offer.

13. Final Provisions

In matters not regulated herein, Polish law applies. For B2B Customers, disputes will be resolved by the court competent for the Seller’s registered office.
